This customer is a midsized operator with 4 refineries in the United States producing approximately 300,000 bpd.
The initial scope of their project was to pull together Tank, 3rd Party Terminal and In Transit inventories from a variety of sources so that the commercial organization could have an accurate view of positions.
From that beginning, using a variety of Data Integration and BI tools, the MCTK consultants grew the system to encompass the following subject areas:

This customer is a small operator with 2 refineries producing approximately 180,000 bpd. In Phase 1, the customer wanted to implement Aveva Unified Supply Chain (USC) to support their blending operations and was concerned about the level of effort to setup data pipelines to all of the necessary source systems as well as the reusability and accessibility of data created in this process.
To support this effort, MCTK consultants built an integrated data environment called the Commercial Optimization Database (COD) which houses all the data needed to support Aveva USC and the data produced by Aveva USC. With this information in an integrated format, it can then be made available to users throughout the business via standard BI tools.
